Hello I am currently pregnant with my 5 th baby I am 4 weeks I have been having a little back pain and leg cramps when I lay on my left side to sleep .. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past no I don't have spotting and have a appointment April 4 th .. Has anyone else had these symptoms ? I have 4 healthy other children

that's good I had a miscarriage b4 this pregnancy and spotting or bleeding are bad signs but if you don't that's great 😀

yeah if you have no spotting or bleeding your good.
