with morning sickness it's pretty normal not to gain and even lose weight during the first trimester. I've lost 7 lbs so far and I am 16 weeks too. Dr has been kind of shitty with me about it too which I can't understand.

my doctor hasnt said anything about me gaining weight so im guessing i should be ok till he says something but so far the baby and i are ok
