How long does PPD last?? I felt I had ppd months ago and I just kept ignoring it thinking it would go away. Never talked to a doctor about it because idk its embarassing to me. i dont want to tell the doctor something is wrong, I feel like they dont understand. 7 months now and Its still here.. Im so depressed all the time. its starting to get hard to keep on going to work and doing daily activities. I cant catch a break. I just want to sleep for days and be by myself.

I would talk to a dr. Can last up to a yr sometimes longer

oh no! 😕 yes talk to your doctor! ppd is tough, but needs to be addressed. *hug*

@rosalinasmami, thanks love and not really I dont havr the time too. I always have to work and they dont give me pto so I constantly have to keep working

@jackieelovee22 what about your days off? can someone watch baby for a few while you go have some you time? Not taking care of yourself can add to the stress of PPD. even if it's just for a mani and pedi or lunch with a friend,maybe a trip to the mall.

Yes it is I have a fried that got it with hers baby is now 2 & is having another in oct. she just got help for it. I would go talk to someone
