Lol, sorry. I had a wake up call & ive been all day building her crib and building all things lol.. It's not as constant as they were earlier today but I do still feel them. I haven't timed them because when I tried I couldn't tell how? Like it would hurt but it wouldn't stop and when it did it was too late... So I just stopped trying. The pain hasn't felt any worse but I have continued all day having them. I'm trying my best here to fix everything just in case lol @jennatess

Time them, my cramps weren't painful but I was in labor. Sometimes sex will cause cramps tho

@babyvrp, at least it's not in your back! That's the worst kind of pain! Definitely track them. Don't stress if you miss one or two, or if you start or finish recording a bit late. My advice? Once the pain gets bad enough that you have to stop what you're doing to focus, then head to the hospital. I know it's silly, but when you have to put down your phone and breathe, that's a good indication. And no worries! I'm here to help! You're gonna do great! You're gonna have a little Pisces baby! 😍♋️.

If it hasn't stopped.. It sounds like it could be! -- Take a warm bath. That will calm you and you will be able to pinpoint exactly where the "cramping" is at, and if it's getting more intense.

Download (if you haven't already) a contraction timer. It does the math for you, and when it says they are 5 mins apart lasting 1 min or longer, then head on in!(:
