If it looks normal it's probably just discharge that's barely making it out from when you gave birth.

Should look normal. Stitches should be already dissolved. Look for possible signs of infection maybe like green colors?

Mine used the flashlight on my phone lol. Maybe you laying down on your back with your legs open? That's what we did
