so i need done advice.. im 31w 6 days and the last two nights i threw up 20 min after taking my prenatal vitamins. when i threw up last night i thought maybe bc i didnt eat for a while so tonight i made sure i ate but it happened again!! this never happened before. what should i do?
so last night I coughed so hard I peeded on myself have this happened to anyone else???
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.
So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??
I've been having horrible heartburn since last night so bad I almost threw up and it's still not letting up 🤦🏽 ♀

no but i might tomorrow and see how that goes.. didnt even think of changing the time bc i always took my vitamins at night even before pregnancy
