Make "padsicles"!! You can look on Pinterest or just google it. They are really easy to make and will be heaven for postpartum pain/swelling. They will help you heal faster as well! ☺️

@mrsmord, I actually do not know if they do that 😕. I am being induced this Thursday.

I'm sure they will give you - every hospital does - make sure to use it though it helps a lot !

Witchhazel is also amazing for healing it's like a box of wet circle pad like things that are soaked in this wet substance and u put it on the pad ur using like a salami sandwich lol a nurse in my hospital gave it to me and it helped a lot with the relief it was cold and it felt great
