My baby's only 6 weeks old and I just asked the doctor what we could do bc his skin is so sensitive he breaks out from people wearing perfumes or certain clothes and she suggested gentle cetaphil cleanser ... Omg it cleared up completely in two days ! And his looked like your baby's

Baby acne it usually goes away by itself I don't touch it my son had but it went away
