ok , so I have an job interview next Wednesday. and I will be 30 weeks pregnant. and I know if I get the job, I'll be on an 60 or 90 day probation. so I was wondering when it's time for me to stop working because I've went in labor. will my probation continue or will I get fired? this will actually be my first job ever and I really don't know. but I do know no need a job #NoNegitiveComments
I hear you @ryannsmommy sometimes I think we're just better off waiting until we're not pregnant 😶 I know my job here would let me work right up until I couldn't. And time off wouldn't be a problem. But I have to move so it's definitely a lose for me 😕
it depends on the job but you should have just been honest and let them know because most jobs you have to least be past the probation period if you leave before that you may have to reapply when you come back
aw man that sucks, I hope you find something that fits your needs.I hope I find something also because I really deserve and need it @missjess
In the letter they said 6 months! My boyfriend is trying to claim they meant paid leave. But they said you weren't allowed time off or leave for 6 months, so I'm screwed if I get hired 😶 I need a job as well when I move out there and it's a very limited city. I'm hoping I'll be able to find something else @ryannsmommy
but since you have a little long than me, you will be able to go on maternity leave . good luck @missjess
no most likely if I get the job, I'll let them know when I come in for orientation. I don't want to tell them before and I get rejected because I'm with child @aniyahsmommy_0623
do they know you're pregnant cause with probation you can't have days off or take time off
I didn't have my interview yet to be dishonest with them , I said I have NY interview on the 23rd @mommycheeks
