Is anybody familiar with Beaumont? I gave birth there last week and me and my BF loved it but his mom who was there…

Is anybody familiar with Beaumont? I gave birth there last week and me and my BF loved it but his mom who was there while I was in labor has complained about how bad of a hospital it was, how it was so far from their house (it's 20 minutes away) and how me and my BF only like it because it looks nice. I honestly love how thorough they were, how they seemed to go outta their way to make me comfortable (except for 2 nurses which happened to be there when his mom was there) and I'm thinking about choosing a Beaumont affiliated pediatrician for our son. Of course his mom has a problem with that and she demands I go to her kids pediatrician which is St. John affiliated (me and my BF HATE St. John....so many bad experiences). I'm sorry but I honestly don't think Beaumont is as horrible as his mom makes it out to be....honestly she likes to complain about any and every little thing....anybody else like Beaumont or hate it? Why?
