I'm only 6 weeks and I'm getting sharp pains in my lower stomach and back. my mom in law said its just gas from the prenatals and just drink a lot of apple juice.. does anyone have any more suggestions??

it could be gas or your uterus stretching, just make sure you don't have any heavy bright red bleeding

nope no bleeding at all, no vomiting, its been a pretty cool 6 weeks. my fiancee is freaking out because its at some point that I can't even lay down or get out of bed. But we're first time parents
