please help! ftw and this breast engorgement is killing me, and I'm still waiting on breast pump. i am in so much pain :( and kind of going off of my own opinion (no fam help)

buy hand pump u til it comes in it's 15$ at Walmart trust me helped so much and had milk stocked up.. I was cryi g in pain
