Safe to drive, safe to nurse. So, one or two beers will not hurt. Dark beer even increased production. If you want to get wasted, pump first and give the baby a bottle until you sober up. Have fun! Don't listen to "pump and dump", it's a lie and a waste!!!! Kellymom.com is a great resource!!!!

You can pump and store it in the freezer. I won't breast feed again for another 24 hrs.
