I feel horrible about this but I can't be the only one. I haven't taken prenatals since like 8 weeks😟 just the thought of putting it in my mouth makes me sick. My midwive knows and she told me to just keep eating foods that are high in vitamins and folic acid. I was like this with my first pregnancy as well.
