My 12 week old has been sleeping for 10+ hours for about a week now

enjoy it! every baby is diffrent, but they will start to sleep longer stretches around this age! She will wake when she's hungry. I say never wake a sleeping baby.

I say enjoy it too. My 10months old has been waking up every hour for 3months now and I dont know what sleeping is😅. If your baby is otherwise happy not fussy when she is awake then I would say nothing to worry. I know when my kids get ill, usually they are very fussy and specially when they have fever the sleep longer...
