so let cramps.... it's been about an hour and I'm still in excruciating pain..... should I go to the Er? or wait it out?

I'd say the ER. I don't know how much help you'd get in labor and delivery since you're in pain. But if you want to try and go there first, you can.

If you're in excruciating pain that hasn't let up in over an hour, I'd suggest going to the ER. Rather be safe than sorry.
