I'm more than blessed and grateful that my son is fine but how do you get the image of your newborn choking on their spit up and it coming out their nose, out of your head? I'm seriously traumatized. I don't want to sleep at all..

this happened to my baby also i could not sleep i would wake up every 5 mins to check if she was ok and breathing i would put her a little side ways and that actually helped alot

I've started positioning him like that also and it does help but the image is burned into my brain 😞

i know one time i ended up crying also because she was choking on her throw up milk i guess that's why i co sleep cause i need to be looking at her
