Does anyone know when you can start working out after having a baby?
I started light leg work outs 3 weeks after but nothing hard on my stomach to keep from getting ab separation I waited 7 weeks just to make sure. I did almost zero lifting or sitting up by myself after having the baby and had no separation and would have started to get my stomach back but I got prego again. My recommendation is to wait a minimum of 6 weeks or you risk ripping everything apart
as soon as you feel up to it like light working iut but preferred after you have your 6 week post pardom appt so doctor can clear you
6wks but can do stuff lightly, and depends on how u feel , Dr says
