I always had a hard time burping my preemie until he was bigger. You can put her on you chest and rub her back and gently pat her back, you can gently "squeeze" her sides right above her butt (nicu taught me that one) or you can try this way where you put your fingers on the sides of baby's chin and pat her back. Just make sure you have her sitting up and not slouching and that you're not blocking her airways. If you don't feel comfortable with this one the you can wait until she's older. Is she farting okay?

@kimberlyyyy, yep that one always does the trick, I'll even do the squeeze tummy and rub upwards and pat. I found myself taking two fingers under his armpit for more leverage ( he liked to throw his body around)
