Do prenatals help conceive faster? Is there anything I can do to speed up this process? #HELP

I was in Depo I took 3 shots of it and it took me two years to get pregnant after my daughter

Use it around the time you're ovulating. I got pregnant the day after ovulating

My boyfriend just told me I should work for them lol cause every time I see someone post about how they want to conceive I tell them about this. I promise I'm not just a product pusher! I'm only pushing it because it worked for me. And freaking FAST. Like faster than I was expecting

It is this lube that we bought just from a drug store, you actually use this syringe that comes in the box to insert the lube like way up in you and it's supposed to help the sperm move faster, and like it says on the box it mimics natural fertile fluids. After we bought pre seed and used it I got pregnant less than a month later.

Add folic acid to your diet.

What is that exactly? @emkasting how fast did it work . I'm desperate to conceive 😩

I've told a few people this that I've seen that are TTC, but use this lube called pre-seed. I swear that is the reason I got pregnant so fast

Get ones with DHA and folic acid
