Any ladies do the padcicles for pp recovery?

Make sure the witch hazel is Alcohol free! They forget to mention that on a lot of padsicle sites but it will REALLY sting if u have stitches and put reg witch hazel on it

@sistaroutsider what all did you put on them? I heard something common was the aloe gel and witch hazel I think.
