Definitely the way he treats the child and his lack of responsibility like you described just now, but have evidence, dates and times prepped
really focus mainly on things that happened during and after pregnancy, and throw in things for before pregnancy later if they are really important, since the court would think "why would you get pregnant with his child if you knew this?"
I have my own apartment, car, and job, he lives with his mother. doesn't change diapers or take care of my daughter or his other daughter. goes drinking every weekend even if he has his daughter. I has to get a NCO on him at first because he was threatening me. he has a police record of assaulting a police officer. he's abused me before. (this is all on file for when I had my NCO) is that enough? I could probably think of more bit that's main things. @amalamarie @kattastrophe
show the difference in stability of households through anecdotal evidence.... that's my best tip. is he an alcoholic? mentally abusive? unpredictable? emotionally /physically absent?.... any kind of unfit, play off of basically. write it all out on paper to give them, that helps
It would be good to have evidence that your daughters father is unfit , provide documents that you take care of her . Present why your the better parent for her . Must have stability !
