If you're 7 weeks is it safe to lay on your stomach ??? I sometimes sleep on my stomach or my fiancée will give me a massage and I will lay on my stomach

My doctor told me. You can lay on your stomach as long as your baby will let you. We have a woman 25 weeks pregnant still sleeping on her stomach. The baby will tell you to stop because they will fuss about it in there

You can sleep on your belly until it's uncomfortable!! I still sleep half on my side half on my belly and my baby is just fine!!!

Totally safe lol, I stopped laying on my belly from when my test was positive at 3 weeks and I kinda regret it. I should have took advantage cause I miss sleeping on my belly😂😭
