My sinuses are driving me crazy!!! They keep getting plugged up and I cannot do anything to stop it... going on 3 days of this bs!

what is a Neti pot? I was suggested to use one about 2 or 3 years ago. but had no idea what they were referring too. anything to get this clog away will be a life saver for the hubs lol
