I drank it the whole time I was pregnant too ! It does also help with milk supply while breastfeeding I've noticed ! Glad you love it girl keep drinking ! When are you due ?

My husband and I use shakeology and I've only gained 10 pounds my whole pregnancy, and baby is super healthy. I love it.
