Only thing I'd watch out for is if the sands really warm from the sun.

yes I got it all planned out my mom is just telling saying it's a bad idea well I think till be okay plus I'll probably just be holding her the whole time because she's spoiled haha so if anything ill just buy a gallon of cold water and splash that on her

What we do is a small pool you blow up & put water in it. So the cab play in the shade & you don't have to worry about the waves. & we have a beach tent. Like the picture. & a water bottle with a fan so it keeps him cool if if gets to hot. But I think she would be fine.
