Andrew's Birth Story! Due October 29th- Born October 25th.

Friday October 23rd- I went for my 39 Week check up and by this time I was DONE. I wanted baby out! Doctor checked me and said I was 1cm. Doc said baby might just come on his due date or Halloween like daddy prayed for lol

Saturday October 24th 3AM- I woke up to a cramp and thought I needed to pee cause baby would get crazy in my belly if my bladder was full. So went to the bathroom and when I got up, I cramped even more. They were every 3 minutes. Thats how I knew they were contractions. I woke my mom up amd she suggested trying to lay down, drink some water and take deep breaths. I tried and they would not go away. I called labor and delivery and the nurse told me to try walking around my house and because I was only 1cm the day before they were probably braxton hicks. If they got stronger for me to go in. I tried walking around my house and still nothing was going away. They came stronger so I called my SO and told him what the nurse said. We went to the hospital and got their about 6am. They took me into the Triage and checked my cervix, I was 3cm. Nurse said I most likely wouldn't make that much progress to keep me so they sent us back home and if anything gets worse to go back. We left the hospital about 10am. I went to my SO's house thinking he would stay with me and nope, he left to his cousins coffee shop but he made me something to eat and had me relax with netflix. At this time I wanted to cut his penis off lol My contractions weren't crap to me. I've had period cramps more severe so I was kind of chill. 10 minutes after my SO left, I called him because the contractions came even stronger and told him this was it. Its time. He was upset because he had just got to his cousins shop but he was scared lol We went back into Triage and of course nurses said "Oh back so soon! You just left an hour ago" Yeah yeah nurses stfu 😂 Nurse checked me again and I already was 5cm and thats when it got real. She said "Someones having a baby today!" I called my mom and she left work early to be with us, my dad came, and my SO was of course there. They took me to the delivery room and set everything up. The whole time I kept staring at the little bed they put the baby in once their born. It was so amazing to know i was about to have my baby boy in my arms👶 Hours kept passing and I still was able to text and eat and watch TV lol Around 7pm I was still 5cm and they came to give me an epidural. I chose to have one because I didn't want to feel anything. After my epidural I tried to nap but couldn't I was just too nervous and excited. Every other hour they would check my cervix and I was slowly getting there. By midnight they said I was finally 10cm but babys head wasn't down far enough to start pushing fully so we started practice pushing.

October 25th- My SO was on my right and and my mother was like all up down there with her phone lmao and my little sister was hiding by the door. I asked my father to leave. Doctors started to come in and it was officially time to really push. I was getting tired of holding my other leg so my 14 year sister braved up and held my left foot while my SO held my right. I pushed for half an hour. In between pushes we all including the doctors would turn around to the TV because Ridiculousness was on 😂 Finally my last push I pushed so hard I pooped lol But I looked at my little sister and my SO and they both just smiled and all of a sudden I heard the tiniest little cry and this beautiful baby put on my chest. I cried so much. My SO was all smiles. My sister was like ewwwww omg lol and my mother was crying. But as soon as the doctor pulled the rest of his body out the door opened and it was my SO's mom😂 She walked right in as he was born. She was at work and made it literally on time.

October 25th 2015 1:55am Andrew Santana-Jesus Perez was born and we couldn't be happier. ❤ (this is literally when he was born😂 little mean face)
