I'm only 6 weeks and 2 days and I keep having this horrible back pain and like a pain around my side yo back where my rib cages are on the right side. does anyone know why. it's irritating and I cant get into a comfortable position to lay down or anything without it hurting.

could be you uterus expanding! I was the same... only i didnt know I was pregnant: /

my back pain early on was bladder infection it was only back pains. it could be something like that just to be on the safe side.

ohh okay. it's always hurting but a lot of times I just think it's from walking/standing a lot
