I got mine from Wal-Mart in the maternity bra section (the only maternity section they have) super cheap and it helps a lot. It velcros under your belly and you tighten it however much you can. Takes a lot of pressure off.

Yes I wear the belly band when I'm gonna be up standing or walking for a long time, also when I'm driving or just basically out anywhere. It really helps A LOT

I do sleep with a pillow, don't have the belly band though. Gonna have to get one if it helps! If I sit or stand for a long period of time, it's bad! And when I'm trying to sleep! 😪

Do you sleep with a pillow in between your legs? That will really help. Also start wearing a belly band which will help carry the extra weight of your belly and take pressure off of your lower back and hops.
