How can I improve my milk supply?? I can't breastfeed my baby girl only once a day... I pump every 3to4 hours. but it seems like I'm losing milk on my left boob.... duno wat i can do about it!!!

fenugreek capsules helped me a lot. Also drink lots of water, drink mothers milk tea, eat real oatmeal nit the instant stuff.
The hospital you gave birth at might have a free lactation class you could go to. They are really helpful.
So frustrating when your body "fails" you. I know how that feels. Hang in there. No matter what, fed is best.
they have mothers milk tea. but they also say a bubbly drink like a beer or sprite or something with out caffeine might help
@alyen2, I hope so too they tell me to keep pumping and do hand expressions and it's just not helping. it's just to the same like breastfeeding plus I nursed my son only for 3 months because of the same reason

Gatorade helps, oatmeal helps, you can buy lactation cookies from babies r us, and mothers milk tea
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@inkedmamaof4, I started taking those yesterday let's see how ot goes. thanks I'll try and eat oatmeal from now on
