Anybody ever heard of Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)? It's when you have pain around your pubic bone area. (the area where your pubic hair grows/front of vagina). It can make it difficult to walk, open your legs, and stand after sitting or laying for a long period of time. ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE!?

I have it too. it's so painful. can barely get out of bed, walking hurts, sitting for long periods of time then trying to get up 😢😢 I'm so ready to not be prego anymore.
Every single day for months... I can't walk for a while and then I'm fine. I can't roll over in the bed without help because of the pain.. My nurse said it will go away after baby
I have it and its severe! I'm 32 weeks and nothing has relieved it so far
I'm sorry ladies. I know it sucks. And I agree, medication is not worth it. I just wanted to know if I was in it alone.

Yea but it takes a few weeks. And i mean you can take Tylenol but that's just a temporary fix. I don't take anything honestly caus then I'd popping them around the clock and they won't really give the relief I'm looking for Lol. Only delivery cures that😩
Does it go away after pregnancy? @sexxymama83 and what do you do for pain relief?
