When you have the contractions on your back instead of your stomach ...

it's back labor...when u got contractions and effects it back as well...that's back labor...I've never had back labor before ...but this one I know I will cuz my Braxton Hicks goes to my back as well...and it hurt at that time...and that's what urs sounds like.
