I work at McDonald's on my feet for 8+ hours a day running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I e been a manager for 8 years so I did it with both pregnancies. It's not easy but it's do able.

no choice at work. just try to not stand in one spot only, stretch your legs/walk in a circle or something but definitely sit if you need to.
