@kartesia, my doctor did advise me to stay away from trampolines we have one in my community and i used to go everyday i love them! and any bumpy jumpy ride! So I would be extra careful honey! 😘

As far along as you are, I think jumping on a trampoline might put you in early labor.

I've never heard of anyone saying you couldn't be on a trampoline. But I would be careful.

You're not supposed to be on a trampoline when you're pregnant

be careful out there. .may have to be a sideline cheerleader. unless they have some safe games for you to play
