what do i do when my 5 month yr old skips a day to poop? ..... this is so weird. she just got done couple days ago with hard poops to dirrhea...now no poop for a day. wth is going on...

Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps?
