Any other moms seem to over heat when they go to stores? I over heat and it takes so much out of me. I don't know how to stop it from happening any ideas.

yes happens to me so badly sometimes it makes me dizzy and i have to sit down
I get over heated all the time when I cook in Walmart. Once I stick my head in the freezer I'm good lol. Since its been nice out it hasn't been that bad
I overheat when I go anywhere. They said its blood volume and hormones 😟
@mommytobe0703, I did bring it up to my doctor she said that its most likely my hormones. I've been super sick this pregnancy due to hormone imbalance.
Same. the mall vendors love me cause I'm always buying water from them
Happens to me sometimes just carry a cold ice water bottle with so you stay hydrated !
