Ugh I have a fever ! 100.5 and a nasty headache and soar throat ! And no Tylenol ! I have the chills . 😷 when should I start to worry ?

Try Chamomile tea with some honey and lemon! it works great for soar throats , chills and fever just wrap up after you drink the tea so you could sweat the fever out😊

@rinaa, i would say take a shower to lower fever and for that headache try a soda or maybe some water
