all natural with my first son and I plan to do it natural for this little guy coming. I remember telling my fiance when things got tough that we should go home and come back the following day. lol talk about being delirious! I didn't begin to feel pain...extreme pain until about 8-9cm. it definitely is a beautiful experience. you should definitely watch the Business of Being Born.

i was so scared when i had my baby didnt know how it would go.. i had great support from my husband dr and nurses. really didnt feel much pain until i was 8 or 9 cm when it came down to pushing it went so good.. as soon as i seen my lil one i forgot all about the pain. i would suggest to try and see how far u can without getting it.. u recover faster without it..

I did it twice with no epidural. Definitley painful, but I'm terrified of big needles, so that made it easier to go natural. It didn't really get too painful for me until i hit 8/9 cm dialated. My experience went great tho!

Had my first Natural,It wasn't that bad,our bodies are made for the kind of pain!I'm due with my 2nd April 11th and also going natural again..I don't want to be all drugged up for this SPECIAL day! Just my personal opinion ;)

@karlaesanchez, it does relieve your pain a ton where you can relax but the side effects suck so bad! i blacked out in the shower.. it was a 2 weeks before i could shower without boyfriend watching me while I showered.

i was dizzy the day after too.. And i couldn't use the restroom due to the catheter they give you
