This happened to me! I tried putting my son in his crib at 9 mo. But I didn't have it in me. Him crying then me feeling guilty. Not having support from his father. It was tough and I caved in. Then when he turned 1 I was forced to have him sleep in his crib. He would always roll around in our bed sometimes I'd catch him just about to fall off the bed. So I knew it was Time to try and put him in his crib. I've had many fails. And all I can do is try. I had to keep telling myself he is ok. He just needs to learn to sleep without me. What I did. Is made sure he was feed changes. Not to cold not to warm. Made him a bottle put it in his crib and laid him down. His crib is in our room so I would go lay in bed and he would cry and cry. The most was 45 min. I couldn't do it. And he would always stand up in his crib and watch me. Like "mom don't you hear me crying?" I felt horrible. So I tried the same thing but this time I would leave the room. He would still cry. I would come back in 10-15 later lay him down again and leave the room. I did this twice. Just so he knows. I can hear you but it's time to sleep. After awhile he knocked out. We still repeat this every night. Some nights are harder. Other nights he just falls asleep. But it does help to get them into the same routine. I hope this helps! Good luck and stay strong!

I just transferred my 7mo old daughter out of my bed. The crib in the other room wasn't cutting it, so I set up her pack & play right up next to my side of the bed. Now she's in a safer location, but I can still reach out and cuddle her if I need too.

that's exactly what my daughter does she will cry and cry and cry but I will try to do that thank you @nicoli_e1
