we live in a little bitty town about an hour north of springfield mo and we pay $350 for a three bedroom house on two acres out in the country @mommyagain we really lucked out!! in Clinton (30mins north of us) a three bedroom is anywhere from $450-750 depending on condition and if its a house or duplex
we really like living out in the country, we're surrounded by fields of cows! but ours isn't as big as your house lol I wish it was though! :) @mommyagain
And it's impossible to find a decent house to rent for less than $900 a month and usually that would be with only 2 bedrooms. A 3 bedroom house would be at least $1000
