So I was tested for Strep B.. nd it came out positive.. I'm highly nervous and very scared cuz it can pass to the babies.. has any other mothers had this.. and was your baby okay?

@marisa95lynn, ah don't! No stress girl! Like I said it happens to the healthiest of pregnant women. And you couldn't have done anything to prevent it. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!

Yes! @marisa95lynn promise, don't worry! My doctor told me I will get tested for it I think next appt. he said its nothing to worry about if it comes back positive just means I'll need to take an antibiotic when it gets closer to delivery. AND doesn't mean you did anything wrong! It happens to heathy pregnancy women. Nothing you can do to prevent it, just happens.
I didn't have it but I know that with antibiotics it won't harm your baby.
They will give you antibiotics when you get to the hospital. You shouldn't be worried! Your baby won't be harmed.
@marisa95lynn, they will/should give you an antibiotic to prevent baby from getting it! Don't worry.
I have it. I've delivered 3 healthy babies, and cooking baby # 4. They give you IV antibiotics during labor. Not a big deal!
