I'm having my second repeat section. with my first and second my water broke before hand. so does anyone know if my water doesn't break naturally before my scheduled date do they break it or just go in and do the surgery?

idk about my step mom's second one but with her first they broke her water to induce her then found that he was breech and did an emergency c section

I had a c section and they didn't break my water they just took me back for surgery

When did anyone's water break? Usually before or right away with labor? I'm so scared my water will break at work or something.
Has anyone ever had to be induced an had to get there water broken by their doctor, if so can you tell me how does it feel, do it hurt, can you feel it, do they give you an epidural before they do it an also do they give you an epidural before your pitocin or can you ask for it before then?? Really need answers bc I'm so lost this my first time ever getting induced after 2 kids an first time hearing if they might have to break my water I'm not ready for that if it leads to pain. For mothers: that had there water break before labor? How does it feel? They keep asking me if I feel like my water broke. My water didn’t break on its own with my first pregnancy & my bottom half was numb when they broke my water so I didn’t feel it
Ok maybe this is a dumb question and should have asked my ob but I feel like she rushed through my appt and forgot to ask but once or if my water breaks do contraction start? Once water breaks do I have to go to the hospital right away?
sorry that's the only one I know of I could ask my step mom she's due soon and is having a repeat c section
