Whenever you feel like telling them. I waited until my first ultrasound and told immediate family and then told the rest after my first trimester.

@theemmariefactor, yeah I know what you mean this is my second pregnancy. I miscarried my 1st pregnancy 2 years ago at 7 weeks and that's my biggest fear (history repeating itself)

@bellahali, I was thinking of telling immediate family as well just so i can have them there to support me I'm scared of telling them and then something going wrong with the pregnancy

I announce mine at 11 weeks. We had an ultrasound done at 10 weeks & made sure everything was OK with baby before we announced it to public and extended family :)

I know it does. The reason I waited that long was bc the rate of miscarriage goes way down usually if you make it till than your good. And I just didn't if something happen to have ppl in my business.

@missady, it really is up to you ❤️ I miscarried about a year ago at 7 weeks and am now 17 weeks and didn't announce on social media until after 12 weeks but I did tell immediate friends and family for the support. I too have been very anxious with this pregnancy. I will be praying for you and baby 🙏🏼❤️

Thank you so much @expectingfirstrainbow I'm also going to wait 12-13 weeks before I announce it on social media. It's nerve wrecking I don't want to wait that long but in my heart I know it's the best thing to do after my last pregnancy/miscarriage I know it's something I should do just so that I know my baby makes it passed the 1st trimester
