How long dies it take to get alcohol out of breast milk?

eat before hand drink a glass of water and wait at least two hours depending how much you drank for your body to clear the alcohol pumping will not help to clear it from milk

but basic rule of thumb is if you have to question it, pump anddump

Would Walmart or rite aid carry them? & it's my fiancées birthday so wanted a glass of wine with him but didn't want my little man to get hurt! 😊
