I was dilated to 3-4 for 3 weeks with my first. they come when their ready! don't force it!

nothing works. baby will come when baby is ready. I played human guinea pig to prove it on Wednesday. ate a habenero, pineapple, ran/walked 2 miles and had sex all in a short span of time. still pregnant!

I got told at 10am I was dialated 2 cm I walked from then til midnight lol I was determined! went to labor at 2 am!

So far nothing has worked for me. Not even sex which is the one thing my doctor said usually does the trick😩

I did a lot of walking and ate fresh pineapple and that's what made me go into labor
