I know what you're going through hun, I suffered with that all the time in my last pregnancy and it was very frustrating and uncomfortable, just try and hand-wash your cotton underwear in water and no soap and don't wash with soap down below....when having a bath no bubble baths I'd just use sea salt and it should help also keep drinking lots of water to help flush your system, uding those techniques I eventually managed two get a handle on it but ended up with a UTI not long after lol...after that went I was fine for the rest of the pregnancy. So far I haven't had these issues in this pregnancy and I'm hoping that I won't and I didn't have it at all with my first, it was really strange but the Dr's just put it down to hormones, the things I listed really helped me though so hope it helps you hun xx

I had it constantly when pregnant with my son. It would go for about a day.eventually I found that wearing a panty liner and changing it like 2 hourly helped a tiny bit, but it was honestly infuriating !!

I already wear a panty liner & change my pad frequently because I thought maybe increased discharge may have been the cause. But no luck 🙈 @tuftyturtle
