Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

If it's invasive I wouldn't do it. It's unnecessary.

We opted out. We decided we didn't need to know. And If they see something in the big 20 week ultrasound they will let you know and then you have to get it so we waiting and they didn't see anything wrong with her.

Had it with my son will never do it again!!! My daughter is just fine and I didn't do it with her and I'm not with this one! My son passed a week later 😢

@brittanycheri, @courtneywarner @i.xvi.mmxvi @sarahdrew @shananaginsx @supermommy23 it wasn't the amniocentesis test. It was the AFP test which they take my blood and test it. Have any of you had that test done?

If it's just taking blood, and you feel you need it done, then go for it. I had plenty of blood drawn while I was pregnant lol

yes I had that done, mine came back negative for my son and for my daughter is said spina bifida was a possibility.... I then had a materni21 test done (a more extensive blood test) and it came back just fine

We didn't do any of the test. We have gone whatever they do during the first blood draw (to make sure your preggie) and the. The glucose test. We decided we would love our little girl no matter what so we would take life as it comes. But at the 20 weeks they also look for markers in the ultrasound on all those tests as well.

@brittanycheri, oh okay. They were taking my blood for the glucose test anyway. That's the only reason I got it done.

Yea the blood test don't do any harm from what I know. And if they are doing it coupled with something else why not?
