i want to breastfeed, however after working with the general public, i know horrible and judgemental people can be about doing it in public. so i am hoping to be able to express and then bottlefeed for when i am out and about. i know i shouldn't feel put down about bf in public, just don't want the hassle that sometimes gets dished out. xx

i wanted 2 breastfeed with my first pregnancy milk didnt come in made me well upset so this time im not fussin over it xx

Breastfeeding shrinks your uterus right back down, and also burns calories💪 not to mention the benefits to baby and the fact that it's free! Maybe do your research on both and then you can decide? I have always been conscious about my body but I fed in the mall the other day and now really don't care what anybody has to say, I love it! And when you look at your baby nothin else matters

I've always been body conscious and I think if I breast fed I would bound myself to staying in all the time. I know it benefits that baby massively and all the midwives try and convice you to do it but I think just having the security of knowing its getting everything it needs from formula will put my mind at ease also x

I was really worried at first, but you really can't see anything, so many people say to me 'omg your feedin I thought he was just asleep'😂 nobody even notices it, and when you look at your baby you're not bothered about anything else, there are also covers and tops you can get, im not bothered what anybody else has to say, I know I am protected by law to breastfeed anywhere and everywhere and nobody else's opinion matters to me, if he needs feeding, I will feed him x

I really want to breast feed as it is better for the baby and helps me with my weight. but the only diet you are actually allowed to do when pregnant/breast feeding is slimming world. keep in mind your baby drinks what you eat so you need the nutritions. xx

If you can breast feed I think it's s good idea. You burn the kcals. It tightens stomach muscles and you can just eat healthily low kcal food. That way you will stay slim long term. 🤗. Then do some exercise at home like work out DVDs when baby sleeps or exercise with baby there are loads of these videos on YouTube and insta x

breast feeding will slim u so quick with healthy eating too. I never fed with my first 2 but I now feel confident and ready to try it. I've just bought nipple shields. my friend swears by them xx
