it took me 13 months to get pregnant. I tried lots of different things and nothing worked. It got to the point where I stopped tracking and I stopped taking my prenatal vitamins. Then I got pregnant. I can completely understand how hard it is in you mentally and physically. I was always told if you lay there for 10-15min after sex Then the sperm can work it's way up. But basically don't jump up and go pee. But hang in there. :)

It took me almost 2 years. It's really a hit and miss. I was always depressed when I got my period. Everyone told me the more I thought about it, the less chances I have because the body starts playing tricks on you so they told me to try and forget about it and just enjoy the process (easier said than done) we went on vacation to Georgia before Christmas and were having loads of fun and a few weeks later when I got back to Miami I found out I was pregnant! The advice was great. It comes when you least expect it 😊

I say either way we win when we go on a diet. we get skinnier and healthier or get pregnant :) @emily01

My man said he read about a couple that would have sex and after she would lay on her back to do bicycle -circular motions with her legs/feet like she was peddling a bike...they swore by it. I did it jokingly when we were trying to get pregnant and I'm almost 6 months pregnant now lol worth a shot. Good luck girl. Spotting can be a very good sign!!

I got pregnant with both of my kids the month I would start a strick diet. Worth a try :). Good luck. I have been trying for 6 month and started my diet lol hoping it works.
