@babyalbertsmom, I would think your doctor would give you some sort of notice. my doctor with my son was supposed to deliver me. he even said I could video tape the birth. then I'm in labor in my hospital bed and another doctor shows up. says mine is on vacation and no pictures or videos. I was furious. thankfully she took good care of me and my baby. she was very nice. but just the fact my doctor wasnt there and I couldnt video it had me upset. as stressful as it is. I would make it work out. you'll be having your baby here soon. they'll doctors will still take care of the both of you. it's just very annoying to not speak to your doctor who knows everything about u

I am driving over an hour to have my son where she delivers and don't know what will happen. the other ob in the clinic she was at I hated and switched because she didn't give my fiance the time of day when he would ask questions during my pregnancy with my daughter
